北京建筑工程学院 何承福[1],赵静野,王文海 摘要:应用计算流体动力学软件(CFD)fluent对锚喷产尘机理进行了近似模拟,通过定义粉尘颗粒类型、分散度、粒径大小等特性参数,设置一定的初始条件,模拟粉尘喷射过程,取得了一定的研究成果,对优化巷道防尘通风设计具有积极意义。本文提出了一种锚喷施工防尘新设想,设计了新型矿用湿式除尘器,通过吸尘罩将锚喷产生的含尘气流吸收进入除尘器,经除尘器集中净化后排出,实现矿井内的气流循环,简化了矿井通风气流的运动,节省了通风系统投资,同时,除尘器结构简单,运行方便,耗水少,具有重要的实用价值。 关键词:锚喷 通风防尘 湿式除尘 数值模拟 喷雾减尘 Abstract: we utilize the CFD software (fluent) to simulate the mechanism of shtotret dust production. Through defining some characteristic parameters such as particle size, particle types and particle dispersity and setting a serials of initial or boundary condition to approximately simulate the process of shotreting. Obtaining some fruitful achievements which has important significance for optimizing mine ventilation. We have designed an new dust collector which fit to collecting the shotret dust. By means of exhaust hood and dust cleaner make the tunnel air continuously recycling and cleaned. Simplified the air moving and saved the costs of ventilation system. The structure of the collector is simple and the operation of the collector is convenient. And the dust collector consuming fewer water than the general spraying collecting dust way. So it has an important application value.
